When you join Trust Advice, your whole organisation will receive advice and support from our associates, as well as information and preferential rates for products and services. General advice will be free for every member, certainly for the first hour. After that, a charge (at preferential rates) may be payable; however, this will always be discussed at the outset.

  • FREE 15-minute HR telephone or zoom consultation – access to our HR Partner who can help with all your HR needs, with an hourly rate charged thereafter.
  • FREE 30-minute Legal Advice – access to our Charity Solicitor who works specifically with charities, social enterprises and other not for profit organisations, with an hourly rate charged thereafter.
  • FREE 30-minute Fundraising Review –access to our Fundraising Partner who works with the not for profits, helping with Fundraising Strategy, Mentoring, Interim Fundraising, Bid Writing & Review, Major Gifts Campaign Management and Individual Giving Campaign Design and Delivery, with an hourly rate charged thereafter.
  • FREE AFVS Library Downloads – to include the Trustees and Administrators Toolkit, along with other guides, generic templates and policies that are an invaluable resource for your charity.

  • Accounts Preparation and Independent Examinations – we work very closely with our sister organisation who can provide support on all your accountancy needs.
  • Bookkeeping and Financial Reporting – our parent company, Caritas Management Group (CMGL) can provide you with all the services that your charity may need, from bookkeeping to financial reporting.
  • Charity & CIC Registration & Charity Incorporation – access to our Charity Setup Specialists who can help and advise on New Charity & CIC Registration, they can also advise those charities considering incorporation either to the CIO or Company structure.
  • C-Me Colour Profiling – focuses on our behaviour and getting to grips with our preferred ways of doing things.  It can help prepare the boards of trustees to understand their strengths, build successful teams around them and engage effectively. Our lead trainer, Andy Strajnic, has now been accredited to run C-me colour profiling sessions, and we will be introducing a taster at the start of our trustee training sessions, or you can book a full C-me session with Andy, which can be used as part of an away day or team-building exercise.
  • GDPR Compliance Pack – we will supply you with the tools to become GDPR compliant, this pack is offered at a 50% discount for our members.
